RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery — completely free.

 Conditions for return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 EXCHANGES

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for exchange:

•  Exchange is available for a different size only (same style)
•  Item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact
•  Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange 

If an incorrect item is received from the customer, JANORA reserves the right to reject the return and will not be liable for the item.
